Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of March 4, 2026
MEDFIELD — Zoning Board of Appeals continued a special permit hearing on JPMorgan Chase's proposed bank building at Shaw's Plaza. Chair John J. McNicholas, members William McNiff and Jared Gustafson, heard from applicant counsel Edward Cannon and engineer Randy Miron on the project's parking impacts and a detailed snow management plan under development for the Planning Board.
Applicant was directed to submit construction management procedures and parking-impact data during the multi-month build phase. Public commenter Jeffrey Hyman raised concerns about cumulative loss of up to 80 parking spaces when accounting for the new building and seasonal snow storage.
