MEDFIELD — The Medfield Select Board unanimously authorized Town Administrator Kristine Trierweiler to sign a letter of support for the FY27 One Stop Program grant, funding Phase 3 infrastructure improvements for redevelopment of the former State Hospital site into 334 units of mixed-income housing. Chair Osler Peterson, along with members Eileen Murphy and Gus Murby, also approved service contracts totaling $52,183 for wastewater treatment and school administration, regional supply awards, and an updated "Buy Recycled" policy required for grant compliance.
