Medfield Select Board unanimously approves 16 contracts and agreements totaling at least $202,764. The board authorized a $149,890 renovation contract for Medfield Outreach with Almar LLC, an $18,700 fire department equipment grant, and an Owner's Project Manager agreement with Vertex Companies LLC for Dale Street Elementary. The board also confirmed FY26 fiscal compliance and approved a coordinated commitment letter with the School Committee and Warrant Committee governing the proposed $2 million operating budget override, contingent on School Committee approval of 3.3 and 3.6 percent spending increases.
