MEDFIELD — School Building Committee reviews Mass Save pathways and advances OPM selection. Ms. Andrea French of Eversource presented three incentive pathways for new construction and major renovation, emphasizing geothermal systems as carrying the highest available incentives.
The committee confirmed that OPM proposals are due February 19 at 1:00 p.m., with interviews scheduled for February 26 in executive session. A site walkthrough and scoring training session are both set for February 10. Committee members were instructed to score OPM proposals independently and ensure all respondent questions are documented and formally distributed.
