MEDFIELD — School Building Committee approves Vertex Companies as owner's project manager for Dale Street School. The committee voted 9-0 on the contract and 8-0 to approve a Draft Designer Request for Services, advancing the project through the Massachusetts School Building Authority process. Vertex Senior Project Manager Jeff D'Amico presented a preliminary schedule targeting selection of a preferred option in spring 2027 and a potential Special Town Meeting vote in early 2028.
Co-Chairs Carolyn Casey and William C. Werner were named to the Designer Selection Panel.
