MEDFIELD — School Building Committee approves MSBA Owner's Project Manager procurement template. Co-Chairs Carolyn Casey and William C. Werner, leading 11 voting members, unanimously endorsed the draft template after discussion of modular classroom longevity, construction and renovation experience weighting, sustainability criteria, and community communications capability.
The committee then unanimously established an OPM Selection Subcommittee and reviewed a timeline for posting, site walkthroughs, scoring, and interviews leading to planned MSBA submissions. Town Counsel confirmed no warrant article is required to pursue feasibility options involving Park and Recreation land on Dale Street.
