MEDFIELD — Planning Board advances Chase Bank site plan to April hearing. The Medfield Planning Board continued its review of a proposed Chase Bank at Shaw's Plaza to April 14, allowing staff to evaluate revisions addressing fire truck maneuverability concerns. Public commenter Jeff Hyman raised concerns about winter parking loss and property values; attorney Ted Cannon cited Medfield's last bank robbery occurring 15 years ago in 2011 and research indicating proximity to retail amenities increases property values.
