Planning Board continues Chase Bank hearing over safety concerns

Planning Board · Meeting of February 2, 2026

MEDFIELD — Planning Board continues Chase Bank hearing over circulation and emergency access concerns. The board unanimously approved a continuance to March 2 for the proposed 3,293-square-foot building at Shaw's Plaza. Police Chief Michelle Guerette raised a separate concern: school buses are actively dropping off and picking up students in the plaza parking lot, a practice she said she had not previously been aware of.
