Medfield Planning Board approves boundary adjustment and defers subdivision review. Laura Vaughan, owner of 1 Curve Street, and neighbor Charlie Ward at 5 Curve Street negotiated a realignment of their shared property line to reflect longstanding patterns of actual use; the Board voted 5-0 to approve. The Board also voted unanimously to continue a complex hearing on Black Rushin' Farm Realty Trust's request to modify the 2000 Bridlefield Definitive Subdivision; the applicant seeks to access Lot 11 through private Allen Lane rather than through Bridlefield to minimize neighborhood disruption.
Attorneys and Town Counsel agreed to prepare final documentation for decision at an August 31 hearing.
