Medfield Planning Board approves Chase Bank for Shaw's Plaza on 3-2 vote. The board voted 3-2 to permit a 3,293-square-foot Chase Bank branch at Shaw's Plaza, despite opposition from Members Paul McKechnie and Doug Larence who cited concerns about enforcement of parking and snow storage conditions. Chair Teresa James, Corinne Schieffer, and Sean Tiernan supported the project.
In separate business, the board unanimously approved a change of use for Blue Moon Bagel to operate a central kitchen at 93 West Street.
