Planning Board · Meeting of August 31, 2026

MEDFIELD — Planning Board voted to modify Bridlefield subdivision lot access. The Board approved a 5-0 modification to its Certificate of Approval for Lot 11 of the Bridlefield Definitive Subdivision, restricting the lot's access exclusively to Allen Lane and releasing it from homeowners association membership and subdivision-wide dimensional restrictions. Director Maria De La Fuente, Town Counsel Mark Cerel, and attorneys Edward Cannon and Adam Kurth coordinated the amendment, which aligned the Planning Board's 2000 approval with forthcoming Zoning Board amendments.

The Board also voted 5-0 to nominate Doug Larence as its School Building Committee representative, replacing Teresa James; Larence disclosed his firm was collaborating with the Committee-selected architect and confirmed with the State Ethics Commission that he could participate with appropriate disclosure.
