Parks Commission approves $15 summer camp increase and Fairy Walk event

Medfield Parks Commission unanimously approves $15 summer camp fee increase for 2026. Co-Chairs Nick Brown and Lauren Beitelspacher led the vote approving the $15 per week increase, which takes effect for summer programs running June 22 to August 14, to cover transportation, wages, and ticket costs. The Commission also unanimously approved the Fairy Walk event at Hinkley Park on May 2, continuing a partnership with Kathleen and expressing interest in Belforge collaboration.

Separately, the Commission advanced discussions on a modular Parks and Recreation building project, with KBS Builders of South Paris, Maine identified as a potential vendor.
