MEDFIELD — School Building Committee OPM subcommittee ranks Vertex atop three candidates for school project. The remote meeting on March 9 reviewed reference checks and candidate scores for submission to the Massachusetts School Building Authority. Vertex received preliminary aggregated score of 361 points and "excellent" ratings across all reference categories; CHA scored 319 with mixed ratings; PMA scored 309.
Carolyn Casey, chair, confirmed strong alignment among members and stated no additional reference checks would be requested. All materials are scheduled for electronic submission to MSBA by 4:00 PM on March 10.
