Council on Aging hires program coordinator as Center expands

MEDFIELD — Council on Aging advances hiring for new program coordinator. The board, led by Chairman Robert Heald with members Patricia Byrne, Rose Thibault, Annette Wells, and Richard Ryder, unanimously approved February's minutes and heard Director Sarah Hanifan report over 20 resumes for the volunteer and program coordinator position, with five candidates scheduled for interviews and hiring expected in early April. The Council also approved a St.
Patrick's Day dinner at $12 per person and a bereavement support group through Medfield Outreach starting in April. The garage renovation at The Center remains on track for completion by May 30.
