Community Choice Aggregation Committee · Meeting of March 10, 2026

Medfield's Community Choice Aggregation Committee continued editing its municipal aggregation plan in line with new state guidelines, with members Megan Sullivan, Robert Winograd, and Gus Murby convening to clarify contract contingencies and expand community outreach. The committee unanimously approved three prior meeting minutes and clarified that if no acceptable contract emerges within 90 days of the current contract's end, the MCE program would be terminated for two years before re-filing with the state Department of Public Utilities. Outreach channels were expanded to include Medfield Hometown Weekly, Medfield Insider, and Medfield X (Facebook), and the committee identified Medfield Food Cupboard and South Middlesex Opportunity Council as additional outreach channels for low-income and environmental action populations.
