Medfield Planning Board reviews Chase Bank site addition during parking lot visit. The Board conducted a site visit at Shaw's Plaza to address Fire Chief William DeKing's concerns about fire apparatus circulation around the proposed 3,293-square-foot building. Applicant engineer Nick Dewhurst proposed using paint striping rather than fixed curbing to delineate the truck's path.
The Board and applicant agreed to revise the site plan using paint striping, which Fire Chief DeKing indicated would provide adequate flexibility for fire apparatus maneuvering.
