MEDFIELD — Planning Board voted 3-0 to approve private event space at 67 West Street, allowing the downtown property formerly occupied by My Gym to host private birthdays, showers, and dinners. Chair Paul McKechnie, Members Doug Larence and Michael Gendron approved the request with Member Corinne Schieffer recused. All activities will remain indoors with no public walk-ins, closing at 11 p.m., and single-function restrictions.
Board members also discussed potential Town Meeting articles on solar bylaw updates, wellhead map changes, and small cell wireless technology.
